Items can be returned direct to us within 10 days*. Please call us at (415) 732-7979 or Email sales@twsteel.us.com to arrange a return and refund.

When returning items to twsteel.us.com, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging, including the warranty booklet and be accompanied by the original or copy of the invoice (packing slip).

For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend that you send the product back to us by an insured delivery service of your choice. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance (for full value) of the merchandise while in transit.
